有关售后回购

请问在F7有关售后回购一节中: put option指什么?

put option gives its holder the right to SELL an asset, at a specified excercise price, on or before a specified date.

Excercise prices is the price the holder of an option will pay to buy a company's shares.

Also Call option is the same thing which gives its holder to BUY an asset.
