i am beginning the study of F4 now. except F1,F2,F3 .

Important notes~!!
there are a lot of technical terms to remember. a lot of difficult concept to remember,a lot of case to remember,
and a lot of tricky questions in an examination. all of these are true!!!
but
first understand: F4 is NOT meant to make you a lawyer
Aim at -- the basic knowledge to know what your basic legal right
--- how you can enforce them
--- what you must do
--- the consequences of your action or your failure to act
" how to learn law?" Be disciplined, Be organised ( important )
reading the syllabus-----what is in & what is not
now you know what you have to study.
to prepare your own notes on what you have learnt
< these notes will initially be overwhelming to prepare but with practice, they become easier.>
1. you can only prepare your notes property if you understand the topics
2. then you can practice question use your remember.
3. something easier when you understand a concept and it is in your own words.
so as attend lessons and read the materials, start preparing your own notes.
